Insurance Coordinator/Imaging Specialist

My job involves anything related to insurance and financial matters, such as filing insurance claims for the treatment patients receive and processing insurance payments. I also take X-rays and radiographs. I’m licensed as a radiologist by the Ohio State Dental Board and have been working with Beavercreek Orthodontics since 2002. I love working with Dr. Michelle and co-workers because we are a fun office and give quality care to our patients. We are a close team, like family. We all have very common goals for our patients.

My husband Don and I have two children: Jordan and Hayley. We also have two dogs, Henley and Chandler. We all love hanging out together, outdoors when possible! Jordan loves basketball and Haley loves spending time with her horse. Our favorite place to vacation together is Panama City Beach, FL because we all love the beach and also because my mom lives there.

Office Manager

I am the Team Leader of the Administrative Department. My primary responsibilites are to support the flow of the practice, including the patients, staff and our doctors. Our staff has a unique and well rounded working relationship. I am proud to be a part of a world class team.

I’ve been married to my husband Mark for 25 years. We share two beautiful children, Bryanna and Dakota. We also have four pooches: Missy, Booger, Jethro, and Bill. I enjoy camping, exercising, and all sorts of sports, but I most enjoy listening to my children sing!

Imaging Specialist and Orthodontic Technician

I greet and work with new patients, take their 3D scans and clinical photos, marketing duties and occasionally I’ll work on the treatment floor seeing patients and assisting the doctors. Our team is like my second family—caring, supportive, and passionate about helping patients. Our office is also up to date with all the latest orthodontic technology, which makes working here very exciting! I started working here in 2007 after taking dental courses through Sinclair Community College. I truly love children and making their appointments comfortable and fun.

Born and raised in Beavercreek, I’ve come to love anything outdoors! I enjoy football, basketball, baseball, gardening, swimming, camping, country music, water skiing, riding motorcycles, and most importantly spending time with my amazing husband Jason and two beautiful daughters, Rhylee Jae and McKenzy.

Our goal is to create beautiful, healthy smiles for our patients that will be valued for a lifetime!

Scheduling Coordinator

I am a team leader and work at the front desk. I am responsible for answering the phones, scheduling patients' appointments, and providing support to patients and their families. I truly enjoy talking to and spending time with our patients to make sure their experience at Beavercreek Orthodontics is the best it can be. I really love what I do and I am always happy to help with any questions you have throughout your journey with us. I enjoy the one-on-one contact with my patients and helping them feel comfortable as they embark on their new smile. We are a patient centered practice and we pride ourselves in giving top notch customer care to every person that walks through our doors. We are all fortunate to work for a doctor and team that are leaders in education in our indudstry. Dr. Michelle is continuously seeking the latest and most up to date information to ensure we are all educated on the latest & greatest. We are always learning here at Beavercreek Orthodontics!

The most important thing to me is my husband Scott and our daughter Briana! Briana is full of energy and brings new adventure and lessons daily! I am orginally from the great state of Kentucky and I travel "home" to Louisville as often as I can to visit family. I am also very dedicated to cancer research and I participate in several 5k's a year in honor of both of my parents. My greatest accomplishment was completing the Susan G. Komen 60 miles in 3 days! So hard but so worth it!

Orthodontic Technician

My job entails working with patients and assisting Dr. Michelle on the clinical floor. I’ve also been cross-trained to help make appliances in the lab. Dr. Michelle is an awesome teacher, and I love this team because everyone is always so knowledgeable and willing to help. I feel like we all make the perfect team! I graduated in 2011 from Kaplan College’s Dental Assistance Program and am also a certified dental assistant. My favorite part of my job is working with patients and getting to know them. It's such a great feeling when a patient finishes treatment and they have an amazing smile to show off. I love seeing how happy they are!

I enjoy spending time with my husband. We have a dog named Minnie, she is pekingese and dashschund mix. One of our favorite things to do together is to go hiking through the woods by our house. In my spare time I like doing crafts and DIY projects.

Treatment Coordinator

I work with our new patients, welcome them to the practice, and help them understand the particulars of their individual treatment plans. I love getting to meet new people every day and guiding them through the new patient process; I want to make it as fun and exciting for them as I can. I believe smiles are contagious and love playing a part in transforming people's lives. I truly enjoy spending time with our patients to make sure their experience at Beavercreek Orthodontics is the best. I work with some of the most professional and skilled people in the field; they are supportive and work together flawlessly to give our patients A+ customer service.

I have lived all over the world and enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors. I have three children who all attend school in Beavercreek. I am part of their school’s PTO and volunteer with several community sports programs in the area. I married my high school sweetheart 18 years ago with whom I just recently adopted a Yorkie puppy!

Lab Technician

I joined Beavercreek Orthodontics in 2015, but have more than 26 years of experience in dentistry and orthodontics. It has been such an amazing experience joining this office; everyone welcomed me with open arms! From our in house lab, I create many of the orthodontic appliances that our patients wear to straighten and retain their smiles. It’s wonderful to know that I play such an important role in helping our patients feel positive and confident in themselves.

At home, I have a wonderful husband and two beautiful and busy daughters. When we are not running back and forth for dance team, cheerleading, and softball, we like riding our bikes and going to Zumba. On my days off, I enjoy volunteering at my daughters’ school. I also love the summer, so I’m outside every chance I get!

Orthodontic Technician

I work very closely with our patients in helping to make them comfortable while moving them along through their treatment. Seeing the progress of all of our patients and the final product is my favorite part of my job. I love making our patients realize that the orthodontist is not scary, IT'S FUN! I have found the entire Beavercreek Orthodontics team to be so nice and genuine. My team makes me feel so accepted, and Dr. Michelle is very knowledgeable.

I absolutely love my job and the impact I have on our patients. Being able to make somebody's smile beautiful makes my day! It is so great to have a career where I look forward to coming to work every day! When I'm not helping to create amazing new smiles you can usually find me on my skates playing roller derby. I love working out, being active and playing any type of sport. On the weekends I enjoy watching football and hanging out with my fiance. I also love spending time with my family and working at a little diner in Tipp City called Sam and Ethel's every Sunday.

Orthodontic Technician

I see patients on the treatment floor, helping them love their smile. I'm trained in a wide variety of areas. I've worked with oral surgery and graduated from the the Dental Auxiliary Training Academy 5 years ago. I love working with Dr. Michelle because she puts her heart into every patient's orthodontic experience and my team mates never hesitate to go the extra mile to lend a helping hand.

Outside the office I like to slow things down and enjoy country living. I love hanging out at home with my dog Corbin. I also love fishing and baking. My passion is horses and I hope one day to have a farm where I can do equine therapy for special needs. You can also find me reading and listening to audiobooks. I'm always up for a good book!

Orthodontic Technician

I love working with the amazing Beavercreek Orthodontics team and helping patients throughout the day. I enjoy getting to know our patients and learning about them. Dr. Michelle and the entire team are so easy to work with and they make my job so enjoyable.

I am 18 years old. I enjoy golfing with my dad and going shopping with my mom and friends. I LOVE to run! My goal is to do a half marathon with my family. I also have a younger brother that I like spending time with.

Treatment Coordinator

I am one of the first people you will meet at Beavercreek Orthodontics because new patients are my main focus. I am passionate about helping others gain confidence and I believe that the orthodontic journey can be a life changing experience. My favorite part of working at Beavercreek Orthodontics is seeing the progress that patients make and knowing that I get to be a part of something that makes a positive impact in others' lives. I am originally from Indiana and attended Dental Assisting school at the Indiana University School of Dentistry. I have been in the dental field for over 10 Years. My job is to answer all of your questions about orthodontic treatment and help you get started. I love checking in on my patients throughout treatment and I will always make sure you are taken care of!

When I am not working I am chasing around my two boys- Braxton who is 5 and Vance who is 1. We have one pup named Miele (Mia), who is a flat coated retriever. You can usually find me and my other half, Daniel, working on the house we are flipping in our spare time or cooking a big meal for our extended families together. We are usually on the go, but when we have down time we love to travel and see new places!

Scheduling Coordinator

I will be the first person you see when you come into our wonderful office or the person to help answer your questions when you call. My goal is to make sure each person feels welcomed when they come through our doors. I love helping patients and making sure they had the best overall experience possible. I truly enjoy the friendships I've made with my co-workers and our ability to work as a team.

When I'm not at work I enjoy spending time with my husband and our beautiful daughters. On the weekends, we often find ourselves at the softball fields watching my youngest play. My oldest and I like to spend any free time we can shopping! As for my husband and I, we love to go out once a week and explore local diners. What really matters is that we all spend together, whether it's at the fields, stores, or diners.

Orthodontic Technician

I work one-on-one with patients to help them progress through treatment. I keep patients comfortable and educated in all stages of treatment. My favorite part of my job is getting to know each patient on a personal level and watching their smile transform.

Outside the office, I am a mother of a rambunctious 5-year-old, named Brody. We have a "cheagle" puppy named Toby that also keep me busy. We like to stay busy being outside hiking on trails. Our favorite places to visit Glen Helen in Yellow Springs and the local library. During the summer we love to stay cool swimming in our pool and going to music events.

My Goal at Beavercreek Orthodontics is to welcome patients and their families as they start their new and exciting journey in orthodontic care. I will do everything I can to accommodate your schedule and set you up with appointments that work for you.

I have over 15 years experience in the Health Care field. While my passion has been working in surgery the work that is being done at Beavercreek Orthodontics has won me over. Our amazing team of professionals will be with you every step of the way during your incredible transformation!

I’ve enjoyed traveling abroad as my husband and I have both served in the United States Air Force. I’ve been married for over 20 years and have two awesome children. I also have 2 sweet, little Dachshunds, Tucker and Hazel.

I enjoy reading, gardening, boating and going to rock concerts with my family. I love going on walks and playing outside with my dogs.

Outside the office I enjoy time with my husband Rob, playing golf, live music and Flyers basketball. Above all spending any free time with our 5 amazing grandchildren!
